Default New Intake from Password:JDM

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry11405531

I know I didn't post the original post and this isn't really a "JDM" product, but it is related to NA horsepower products and has significant similarities to other JDM intakes out there, just posting this for reference material really for people in the JDM Forum. If it's inappropriate to post it here, feel free to delete it mods

As I see it, the main problems are, as said by others in the original post, heat soak and the weird looks. Thoughts?

Looks like it should effciently suck in hot air from the exhaust manifold and radiator..... LOL.

I guess this is what happens when they stop making copies of other peoples intakes....

Yes I agree, the design seems like they were so focused on not looking like they were copying a J's or ASM intake that they left out the inherent benefits of extending the intake. I could also go on for a while about the possible detriments, but hopefully they will at least make the necessary changes to make it a functional, durable part.
