re-flash ecu ?

people are telling me to do re-flash on my ecu and it will add power and balance air/fuel.... how does re-flash work? and where can i get it done?

Re-flash is not available on 00-05 cars. Only MY06+ can be reflashed.

You can add a VAFC piggy back to tune the air fuel to add a few ponies.
