That's the Honda S2000 LM race car, comes in red, blue, or purple. If I'm not mistaken you can buy it after you've got a buttload of points...
The same car was in GT3, but WAAAAY better...something like 900 hp and 950kg or some crap, stupid fast car that handled insane. The one in GT4 is much more realistic, but as such isn't quite the asskicker of the group. The Opera car is the best one of the bunch if I remember right...

Alright, you win. 
I thought I was doing good with ths shots made earlier but damn, those shots of the flames shooting out of the exhausts, especially the Opera model, awesome!!
