they are good people. I ordered the spoon sports rear carbon diffuser on 05/13/2010 and received it via fedex global on 05/21/2010. Russell Hobbs and Patrick Antell were very friendly and helpful. Their prices and shipping carriers are very competitive. I was told by one the forum sponsors in the U.S that the diffuser is 3-6 months wait time and the price is higher than rhdjapan.
