Spoon HT

For those who owns one... Are you guys happy with it ???

What do you guys think of the Spoon HT without going Widebody ???

I don't understand the rear piece on the Spoon HT. Can you still open the trunk? Can you cruise around without it?

You can't open the trunk without taking it off.

This car at the Eibach meet looks a little top heavy without body work to support it


On the other hand, from the teaser pics from lil_ant, I think it is well paired with his mastergrade kit and spoon front.

A good example w/o a widebody is the AJ-Racing Timeattack car. They didn't go wide, but I think it looks good with the J's kit.

spoon top is nice. i might buy one some day, but i hear the fitment isn't good.

imo, as long as your exterior isn't stock looking and more on the aggressive side like Ben's car, then you can definitely run the spoon ht.

uh, the back hatch of the spoon hardtop lifts up allowing you to open the trunk, you definitely dont have to take it off to get to the trunk.....

You have to take the rear section off in order to access the trunk. There's 2 pins that hold it to the main hardtop.

You can run the top without the rear section but the rear will not have a window.
