you can't just swap out clusters anyway. To do it the correct way you have to have it documented when you removed the OEM cluster, why, and have paperwork stating the mileage of the car at the time of replacement, blah blah blah. Pretty sure you end up with a sticker that goes inside the door jam stating that the odometer has been swapped.

That's the legal way at least, in order to keep your car in good standing. I realize plenty of people do cluster swaps and never worry about this though, but it will kill the resale of your car if you don't and is technically considered "odometer fraud"

Instrument cluster is not on my wish list of things to replace, lol

Sorry but that looks like total $hit compared the digital OE cluster.
This thing got nothing on the ASM/Mugen digital multimeter.
