Default Spoon - Type One Interview

I will never forget the day I visited Type One. Ichishima-san was extremely busy, working on getting a car ready, and still took the time to say hello to me and thank me for coming to the shop. Can't wait to go back.

his 86 comments pissed many FRS/BRZ owners off in those forums.

The Spoon Type One web site is good too. Looks like they are doing a lot of high quality restoration of S2000s.

It's so true though the BRZ and 86 are like soda cans compared to an S2K I've driven both I almost bought one but I thought I'd hate it cause I'd compare it to the S every time I drove it so I didn't get one.

Yeah he just kicked them both in the chest... Didn't miss a beat, stutter, collect his thoughts, nothing. Here are the facts, NEXT.
"Type R and S2000 are race cars with windshield wipers". Just matter of fact about it. Cool.

I actually had to rewind when he said that - I couldn't believe what I had just heard. So blunt! It was quite awesome. I hope to visit Type-One one of these days.
