Default Stroker kits

I'm thinking about getting a stroker kit and i would just like to know if there are any other supporting mods i need? does it depend on displacement?

can i just use a greddy emanage ultimate or apexi Vafc to tune it? or do i need a full stand alone?

thanks in advance

I think you can make the Greddy work right with it.

around 10K plus other expenses depending on what other parts you want to modify just in case.

been doing a lot of research myself on this for my project.

i want to keep it simple. just a stroker kit and a 70mm exhaust, i/h.
would a greddy emanage ultimate do the job?
do i have to change fuel octane too?

Not sure if the emanage would work, but it's possible. here's what I have gathered so far:

stroker kit
aem ems
fuel pump
larger injectors
head work
plus other mods(clutch, cooling, etc)
and labor!

these alone will set you back about 8-10K

the octane depends on how high you go with the compression on the kit. higher the compression, the better to have higher octane.,

You might want to talk to the tuner you plan to use or someone experienced w/ Emanage. And the total price really depends on the kit you purchase, supporting mods, and how much work you do yourself. Here's a link to my build.

this may be a stupid question but do i need head work with a stroker kit?

is every mod u listed necessary?

i thought abt aem ems but with the available harness the cel will stay on.

r u planning on swapping to return fuel system?

everything aside from "plus other mods" is necessary. I only mention then because it may be a good idea to upgrade them during the process for peace of mind. For me I don't want to have to deal with failed parts later down the line.

head work is not necessary, but a good idea to atleast get springs, and valves.

I'm still figuring things out about this type of upgrade. Since I have an 07 want to make sure I don't run into trouble. However I don't think converting the car to a return fuel system will be necessary. By biggest concern is tuning, and I am waiting for some one to come out with a stand alone ecu that will work with my year.

thank u for the info

There is a harness for the greddy emanage ultimate to work with 06+ cars. and a harness from autowave? for the aem ems but u will get a cel with no ways of removing it.
