Default Super-TAIKYU Intake

I know I've seen pics posted of this intake in the past, but now I can't find them using the search engine.

I believe this intake is rare, and not available, but I'm curious what it looks like, and how it differs from the J's Tsuchinoko chamber intake.

Can anyone post pics?

Huh? Who makes it? Super Taikyu itself is a racing series, I've never heard of them making a intake.

I'm pretty sure it was made by J's Racing.

It attaches onto the same J's intake ducting as the Tsuchinoko chamber intake, but it's different from there to the throttle body.

I'm pretty sure pics been posted before on S2Ki. Where? I don't know.

I think this is a reference to it from the J's website, where they are discussing the hole in the bumper which leads to the intake ducting.

It's hard to tell from the translation, but I think they are saying that the ducting works with either the Tsuchinoko chamber: or the Super-TAIKU intake:

In order directly to lead the fresh air to, for stock air filter box and "J'S RACING Tsuchinoko-chamber air intake system" The carbon intake duct of 2 types of optional parts was set.
(Also this part is adopted for the installing all vehicle with Super-TAIKU race)

^This must be what you're talking about. Its built for the stock intake box to go to a front vent like ont he type S bumper. Theres also a Tsuchinoko version of this snorkel.

I believe this duct works with both the Tsuchinoko chamber and the Super-TAIKYU.

No, in Super Taikyu, Class 4(which the S2000 runs in) requires that cars use the stock air box. Thats why you see the spoon car only using a snorkel. Super Taikyu isn't a type, that's just a poor english translation.

Thanks!

I guess I was confused by the translation, but it doesn't answer the question about what intake I saw in the pics.

I guess I'll have to try the search engine again, and see if I can find the thread.
