Can some one tell me how to put the brackets on???

Do I use the bolts on the rear brackets or the front brackets??? I have four nuts and 2 of the metal rectangle blocks that are threaded, which goes where????

Thanks

The threaded metal blocks go in the rear, use the plain nuts on the front brackets.
