anyone knwo how to install this thing? where do all the nuts and bolts screw too etc. please let me know. thanks

Just curious guys but how is the fitment on the diffusor with a stock exhaust? Will it rub or hit anywhere? Would it look oem if it was painted?

Cutting is definitely required to fit the OEM exhaust.
