Tuning for high elevation?

Hey everybody, I just brought my S2000 from Chicago to Colorado with me. To obviously the lack of oxygen is coming into play. Since I've been here the car has died at a red light 3 times and just kind of lags coming out of first gear and the idle is pretty low sometimes. The ECU has adjusted a little bit but V-tec doesn't seem to hit as hard as it used to. Can anyone shed some light on what my options are. Except forced induction, not quite in the budget. It has a short ram intake right now, I'm thinking a cold air might help a little bit. But I've been out of the mechanic game for a few years now so I'm running dry on ideas. Thanks

Tried resetting the ECU? Disconnect the battery. (Be sure find the radio code first.)

I bought mine last summer and I found out these cars needs lots of engine rpm. 4300 is the shift point 1 to 2, etc.

Thanks for the help guys i'm gonna check it out this weekend. along with brakes and oil change. Seafoam helped alot by the way it runs alot smoother now. I'll check out the MAP Sensor later.
