Oh man, I think you might be the first w/ the RM. Check where it's hitting though. It's most likely where the 1st resonator sits.

Got it all fixed up. It was just in the need for a little hanger modification, no noise at all now.
Sounds way better in person than the video clip that I heard on this site.

Magnaflow duals don't fit either... Such a shame, the Ti cans look super nice.

As such they're just sitting around for someone with a 05MY or older S2K owner to pick up...

when the car finally comes back from Puerto Rico next week, I'll post up detailed pics of the current 70rs on my 06 plus some old pics of the 70RR.

how loud is the 70RS? I have been trying to figure out between the 60RS and the 70RS.

I have the 70RS dual on my 07. Occasionally I can hear it ding the chassis. I thought I had some longer exhaust hangers from Japan, but can't seem to find them in my shit. It really only happens at slow speeds and I do have an engine damper in place to try and alleviate any movement. I installed it with the car on jackstands so I didn't really see if I could move it around any, but I do believe with an extended hanger it will not come in contact with the chassis. Loving the sound it emits, though I miss the sound my Amuse R1 non-resonated made on my old 5R. This exhaust has made so many people here rev at me and give me stares of 'want to race'. hahaha Never will figure people like this out, it's so damn ignorant.

i'm considering swapping my current catback because its a bit quiet for me to something else on my 06-

i'm looking at invidia , skunk2, buddy club dual, megan sinle so far maybe others but i wanted to get something that doesnt hit the frame. this is happenening to me right now with my Top Speed catback and its a little annoying.

Unless is there an official remedy to fix this problem? maybe someone can guide me to where i can get longer exhaust hangers?

For anyone that is having problems similar to this we do have access to many different styles of aftermarket exhaust hangers from many different S2K specialists such as J's Racing.

i've had the 70rr on my 06, it touches the bumper on the far right. with very little modification, it can fit right. heat up the piping and bend, i would say less than half an inch would make it sit perfect.
