Doesn't look like the Spoon hoods I've seen before. Older one? Or maybe a brand new one?

Its the race car spoon hood, its rare, but you get them.

Actually the one he had was not the race version. My friend bought it off him and it was the street version. I dont know if the race version was ever made available for sale.
