Actually the prices in USD are:

Type V
$900 for the FRP
$1400 for the CFRP/FRP
$2100 for the CFRP

Type S
$900 CFRP/FRP
There is a guy in the Bay Area selling this hood for $750 and its in excellent condition..

They are actually First Molding CF hoods..

I am looking for one mainly to fit in the J's Intake without having to cut the OEM hood. I will paint it silverstone, Probaby both J's typeS or Mugen will do the job.

What is the difference between the two as far as fitment ?

fit on j's hoods are very good and not comparable to those cheap knockoffs.

they use a latch and hood pins are not required.

Yes, just purchased J's Type V CFRP hood last week from Bulletproof the fit was top notch. Took about 15-20mins to install with my roomate to help hold it.

Don't think I will be needing hoodpins, it latches nice without any adjustments to the latch mechanism.
