I don't think so, that's made for an Ap1 lip.

And you really want one with support struts. I use to have a splitter like that (one without support struts)...above 100 it would bend the wrong way and give lift...made the car extra scary at very high speeds. Looked pretty though.

ASM makes one for the oem AP1 or AP2 bumper. so yes, it will fit, if you order the right one.
