just buy some primer in a can. paint is going to cost about $60-$75 for a pint ( the place where i bought GPW when i painted my first OEM lip said that they couldnt sell it to me for less than a pint). if any of yoru freinds has a compressor and sprayer, they could just spray it for you. then it's going to cost no more than $250

again, this is with no fitment issues.

 

i see that you bought it used ... there should be any fitment issues i think.

just need it resprayed and put on ... that's all .. def no where near $400
