when i open/lock the doors, the "parking light" blinks... this is the small non-amber light... and when i turn the light on half-way, this is the light that comes on...
i just cant find the bulb for this size... and trying to find LEDs...
I pm'd Caleb. Although I can't be 100% sure on the MY07s...I know the 194-series bulb has been our S2000's front running/parking, sidemarker/blinker, and rear running/parking bulb. I'm fairly certain tho' that this same 194-series is used in the MY07.
I have replaced the 194 clear bulb with a 194 hyperwhite that I've found a local Wal-Mart to carry. Not an LED
Same series (194)...just in a xenon hyperwhite. Now that doesn't translate to being a 'painted blue' glass bulb that you can buy from AutoZone, etc. This bulb is specifically packaged in limited Wal-Mart auto bulbs areas as being a xenon hyperwhite bulb. Works great! Has a cool white-blue hue that compliments our HID low beams. But again, if I have 5 different Wal-Marts in my general area...I've only found one of them to relatively consistently stock this particular bulb.
As for interior dome light, I changed mine out to a similar white-blue hue. I don't recall the bulb series, nor where I purchased [them] from. However, I first simply removed my existing bulb, then took it to a few AutoZone type places to match up with something offering a blue-hue on their bulb offering. Personally, I like the results. This too was not an LED replacement...just the same as stock bulb...but with a blue/result. I mention I purchased "them" because as I recall they came as a pair. I stuck the 2nd in as a replacement over my rear license plate. Niiiiiiiiiiiiice with our VA white plate w/ blue letters at night
