I'm up for condo living. How early do they get booked up?

Usually everything is booked for the NASA events by now. I am not sure about Trackdaze events. They do not charge anything for reservations and an early cancellation costs zip.

June 9-10 (I personally can't make that date)
Aug 27-28 (Monday - Tuesday)
Nov 12-13 (Grand course on the 2nd day)

For now all those dates are open for me. June 9-10 will be tight for my car prep but I can make it.
