Do you have a time for this? I need to do an oil change before the drive.
No specific time, but I imagine I'll be there by 10:30-11. If you change your oil, you can get your Blackstone kits and do a sample collection in the same day. I still have those things rolling around the back of the STi.
The drive will probably start at that time and I expect it to last till ~2:00pm. How long will you be there/available? An oil change will only take about 1/2 hour.

Should be all day. Just wondering if I'll be in the middle of my motor mounts at that time. You have my number still? (Better give me a call first.)

NLT 1100, but I'm shooting for 1000. Will probably be there all day, just give me a call. You looking to get any thing done or just hang out?

If you're working Sunday, I might be able to swing by in the afternoon. Where's the garage?
Not looking to do any work myself, just like getting my hands dirty sometimes.

Just hang out and lend a hand when needed unless my suspension comes in early

Sure, no problem. And there's a stream out back for "recycling" the old oil. Kidding... We can put the old oil in the container the new oil came in. I think the nearby Autozone might recycle old oil -- you should call and verify, though. I'd rather not leave it with my dad for recycling since he's kind enough to allow us to use the garage. I'll PM you more information.

Also, I have a few extra Blackstone Labs oil analysis kits. Would you be interested in one? ($19 rather than the usual $25.)

I'd like to do a valve adjustment, or at least start one to make sure I'm doing everything right, but my engine probably won't cool down enough for that.
I'm overdue for a valve adjustment as well. Maybe we'll get a freak snowstorm so it'll be cold enough to cool our engines off to do this.
Glenn, let's not over commit the time and stick with just doing one valve adjustment on Saturday. Maybe I could help with yours on Sunday if this ends up going two days.
