ECB = East Coast Boost

They meet every Thursday night around 6:30pm-ish in the parking lot over by Fairfax Corner off of Monument Drive.

There's a big car meet, I'm not sure who puts it on, but there are usually about 50 cars or more. Imports, domestics, classics show up. It's in the parking lot by the Chick-fil-A near the Dulles Town Center. Their address is:

45440 Dulles Crossing Plaza
Sterling, VA 20166

There's a big lot on the right. You can't miss it. It usually goes till 11pm.
