Grand Caravans can go over the speed limit?! I've never seen that. What do you got under the hood? Twin turbos?
As I said before, I don't think I was going what the trooper said I was =x. But who can argue with those A$$holes?

I saw a Prius pulled over on 270N yesterday, too

And if any vehicle SHOULDN'T be driving 80-90mph it's an SUV or minivan. Compared to a small well-suspensioned car like the S, I believe such vehicles are considerably more dangerous at that speed...

But yeah, looks like lawyer time. And bashing cops won't get you any support around here, remember that.

Maybe he thought he was pulling over a hot soccer mom?

Stupid comment
I'm not a cop, but you have no clue who you are talking to on this board. For all you know, someone that's helping you out could be a cop....or maybe used to be one....

To put my $.02 on other stuff in this thread:

-Follow what boogers says. Get a lawyer.
-Get this changed to a speeding ticket or lowered or you're screwed by the civil penalties.
-Slow down (even though all of us could prob take heed to this)
-Don't run out to get a radar detector.
-Radar detectors are only illegal in VA and DC.
-VG-2 chip will not fully protect you. Those detectors can still be detected.
-Only fully non-detectable radar detector is Beltronics STi Driver (of course unless they see it )

I'm not referring to all cops.... I'm just saying state troopers aren't very fair. My apologies if I offend anyone on here. I'm just a little frustrated with this whole mess.

Understandable that you are frustrated, so I will save you from the potential onslaught.

The cops were just doing their job, it was you who were speeding, how does this make them a&&holes? Dont answer this question. Follow the advice you have gotten here and good luck.

Please disregard what I said about cops... I know they were doing their job.. its just the matter that I know I wasn't going 90 and my friend sitting in the passenger noticed I was going 80 tops. Speeding is speeding but when it comes to a 10mph difference its big =/. I hope all goes well once I get a lawyer. Thanks for the advice everyone and I'll let you guys know how it goes.
