Default About to commit blasphemy....

So my car came with an invidia v1 - with the buffers in. It's not super loud, but it is loud enough to make me want to consider going back to the OEM muffler (which I also have). Any ideas on what it would cost to have the invidia removed and the OEM put back on? Is this a really bad idea?

No idea what a shop would charge but this is a super easy job if you have any tools. If you don't, maybe some one in the area would give you a hand for a 6-pack of their favorite beer. *hint hint*

FYI, I went back to stock exhaust from the Invidia V3 after too many tickets. I figured I was just drawing the extra attention on myself. Eleven months and 5 more tickets later, I'm beginning to think I'm standing out of the crowd all on my own.

I just never liked the drone of it. An OEM based single with a Magnaflow muffler is my favorite.

I'm local and can help you put the OEM exhaust back on. It only takes about half an hour.

As I got laid off and have nothing to do, I can do it as well. Check your PMs.

Yeah it sucks, but it seems like everyone is getting laid off these days.
