In a way, the mods should have known better. He's had problems before selling goods and he was given a "2nd chance". IMO that's BS. You cheat someone once and you're going to do it again. Its one thing to give someone a break if there a misunderstanding, dispute over quality, etc... but he's been KNOWN to take money and not send the goods. Isn't this the same one that Oatnet had an issue with?

I didn't know he had scammed another person. The only thing he's done in the past is pretty much be a flake on selling things and just being an idiot. I didn't know of any scamming. Please enlighten me.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have been given a second chance.

This is the whole reason, why the Mid-A rules have changed. Just imagine if he was just a guest.

Excuse me?

To start things off, Vladamir has no previous records of scamming anyone on S2Ki. Unlike some others on here - I am not on Honda-Tech therefore I can not comment at all on his transactions there. The Mid-Atlantic Community has way too many members for me to check everyones background before granting permission to sell here.
In previous threads Vladamir has had a lack of correspondence when selling items. The main fault that people have given him is taking his sweet time in replying to private messages, or even not replying to them at all. Now, I am not taking sides in any way. However Steve you should be the first to comment that people are busy - how long did I have my bumper sitting around my home & work waiting for you to come pick it up?

Again, I am not trying to take sides on this. However before now the major fault with Vladamir, on S2Ki was that he was terrible at responding to potential buyers for his items. Numerous individuals contacted for his offer, trading his Volks for a set of OEM Wheels. A major complaint was that he was picky on who he decided to choose with. As well, that he did not reply to several individuals messages. If someone is willing to trade a high dollar set of volks for oem wheels, they have every freaking right to be picky on who they do business with. Regarding not returning private messages for potential buyers, that just shows a lack of interest to sell the item. Now things have gone a little bit further and he is delaying sending the item that has already been paid for. I say 'delaying' in hopes that he does not have the intentions of scamming Kevin.

Chad,
You're taking this personally. You're a C.O. not a Mod i.e. site administrator. Now, there was a guy in the Mid-A, a year or so back, that scammed a couple members out of goods. He was off the board, then came back with a different user name. People even found out it was the same guy and he was allowed back on. I thought, it was this guy. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong and I apologize to Vlad. BUT if it is him, then the M-O-D-S...not the C.O., that should have known better.

Dude, its one thing to counter my post...that's fine. It's completely another to get personal. I've NEVER scammed anyone; if anything, I've been EXTREMELY cool about getting paid, delivery time, etc...given my own schedule. You're post is pretty phucked up and I expected better from a C.O and more importantly, a friend.

I won't be scammed, trust me.

And please do not allow him to cause friction between others. It's not worth it.
