There IS a DIY on top of the "under the hood" Forum. It's in the DIY's -> suspension ...
However, DIY's don't necessarily grow balls.

 

A coilover install is quite simple and straight forward..... the setup part is the hard part... ...

do you have all the tools needed? and where in bethesda?

I'll come and help out and supervise while you do the install... ...

 

I have access to a couple spring compressors...are any other unusual tools needed?

no need for spring compressors with this particular install.... you're basicly removing the whole assembly and then installing the tein rs..

you just need sockets, and air tools would help, jack stands/lift.....

 

yeah, screw it...I'm pretty handy. I can do this myself. Company would be appreciated in case I need a hand...I will set the date shortly.

 

you will need at least one other person to help you to actually get the sping/shock assembly out/in.

Im doing an exhaust swap at my house in b-more county this friday, all the air tools you would need, air conditioned garage. Your more than welcome to use the facility

 

haha your a little too far brian! lol...i say party at bills spot in rockville...hes very good with suspension stuff..i dunno if hes availbile but im sure he wouldnt mind helpin!
