Default Anyone in MoCo do details/paint corrections?

Hey all,

As the title states, I am wondering if there is anyone in the Montgomery County area who does detailing and paint corrections. The guy that I used to know that did it moved to Maine, so I need to find someone else. It actually wouldn't be for my car though, as a buddy of mine just purchased an Audi S5 and was looking to at least get it detailed, but probably get it paint corrected as well.

Let me know!

Thanks!

If you don't mind driving to Baltimore, I take my car to Enthusiast Detailing. The detailer Anthony Pinto works magic with cars. http://enthusiastdetailing.com/

For paint correction? Depends on severity, size of car, and how perfect the owner wants it. But generally speaking you're looking at $150-4/500.

Fyi, be careful with choosing your detailer. You should be asking exactly what they're doing to improve the appearance. A lot will use a glaze that fills imperfections temporarily. That's not the same as paint correction, which actually removes the defects.

Also, paint correction is very time consuming. I can spend 10-15 hours polishing alone without batting an eye. Be wary of a detail that is done in a couple hours or even 8 hours depending on what your expectations are.
