I think we need to make this happen. I am new to the area and would love to go! Lets do this. Lets pick a date. I can do OCT 4th.......

 

ugh way to ruin my bday weekend, haha alright if u guys wanna go oct. 4th someone set this up, i remember talkin to one of the members u gotta pay for a pass or something to drive on skyline

where do u pay it? cause when i go to wintergreen I dont see a place to pay or nothin

Wintergreen is NOT on skyline drive. Skyline drive is owned by the National Park Service.

It's $15 per car to enter or $30 buys you a 1-year pass so you can go all the time like me!

Keep in mind that the speed limit on the mountain is 35mph! The last 2 times I've been up there with a group of cars we've either had someone get pulled over or a cop was spotted and we almost got nailed for speeding....so just keep this in mind. It's a scenic drive, not a racetrack, even though 35 is painfully slow, 45 is still reasonable to not get pulled over and fun in the twisties.
