Default Batman does exist!
So I was driving from a meeting with a client and a black gallardo by with Batman on the license plates. A few miles up the road there were some troopers who pulled him over and I see this.....

"What seems to be the problem officer?"

When you said "Batman" license plate, I'm thinking he scored the greatest personalized plate ever, not that he literally was saying "F U, DMV" and putting just the Batman logo where his plate should go.
