No - one of the outlines has a little talking bubble. Someone must have come in the middle of the night and put them there

 

i didnt here anybody that were killed, i think those are just outline by kids at night time or something, because if there was we would of heard about it. the road closes right by our house all day people was parking in our street and walk down to see the sink hole! that shit is crazy.

there is a creek inbetween that street when it was storming and we had so much rain that day the water build up inside and cause it to collapes. thats what i think happen...
