I would assume, from the shoddy craftsmenship, he shopped at EPM....aka Ebay Performance Motorsports(a subsidiary of Autozone). Just look at the wing on that cart...more rice than a paddy field in Korea

We tried to line up with the rest of the cars but the camber on the wheels and the incline of the lot made the cart too unbalanced and the driver thought it would be too unsafe
