Default Bill Page Honda

I met this girl tonight through a friend who recently brought her honda accord into Bill Page Honda to have work done on it. When she got it back she was missing a lot of stuff.

Does anyone here work there or know someone there she can talk to? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. She is rather sure they (as most dealerships do) had her sign that its not their fault if anything comes up missing.

Thank you!

just looking up their reputation www.bbb.org and not too many complaints at all for a dealership. (Compared to Fairfax Honda they look like angels)

Bill Page Honda:

Number of complaints processed by the BBB over the last 36 months: 5
Number of complaints processed by the BBB in the last 12 months: 2
Complaints Concerned:
Selling Practices (1 complaints)
1 Resolved

Service Issues (2 complaints)
2 Resolved

Repair Issues (2 complaints)
2 Resolved

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fairfax Honda:

Number of complaints processed by the BBB over the last 36 months: 14
Number of complaints processed by the BBB in the last 12 months: 6
Complaints Concerned:
Selling Practices (4 complaints)
4 Resolved

Advertising Issues (1 complaints)
1 Resolved

Service Issues (6 complaints)
6 Resolved

Guarantee or Warranty Issues (1 complaints)
1 Resolved

Repair Issues (2 complaints)
1 Resolved
1 Company made every reasonable effort to resolve

Still, it's interesting to note that for both dealers, all of the complaints (except one at FFX Honda) were resolved.

fairfax honda also does a lot more business then bill page honda..... so if you keep that in mind the difference between the two might not be as large as those numbers indicate...
