haha, this story reminds me of when I used to work at Ft. Eustis. Ft. Eustis used to be an open post - that is, no guards and anyone could come on base. We had a few small-time drug dealers come on base and try to sell some pot in front of the PX. Apparently, these folks didn't realize that they were committing a federal offence since they were on a military base! DOH!!!!

Oh, and if you haven't figured it out already, don't street race on military bases either
