Its brand new and still in the box. i got it as a bday present, but i'd never use it cause im never on the phone long enough. take a look and tell me what you think. its fairly new on the market and is BT 1.2.

I work for VZW also, White Marsh on the Avenue.
Matts2k is right about it being crowded, having 35+ people in the store at a given time is norm and it tops 50 people and a hour wait to talk to somone when it's crowded.

I have used several models in all price ranges and have found the following work pretty well.
Jabra BT160 is my favorite so far, 8 hours of battery and you can actually get to the 30 foot mark before static takes over. The bonus on the design is that you can actually hear with the top down when driving. BT ver 1.2
Nokia HDC3 Overall a good headset, long battery life (around 7 hours) great distance but a little heavier that the others. BT ver 1.1
Motorola H500 Ok headset, not as loud as the Jabra but also a good battery life around 8 hours. BT ver 1.1
Motorola H700 Very small and very light weight, battery life suffers because of that, around 6 hours. Also expensive for the features. This one does have noise cancelling feature, although it doesnt work that well. BT ver 2.0
Samsung WEP200 We will be receiving this headset soon and from what I have seen it is very light but will only yield about 4 hours but performes very well. BT ver 2.0
If you want any more info, just let me know

On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 3 (at least for what I'm looking for in a BT headset).
My main thing is, I want to be able to be in the car with the top down and to have people hear me clearly. With the one I currently have there is no way I could use it with the top down, and people even complain when there is the slightest of noises in the background.
Any recommendations?
I picked up the H700 on Saturday. Everyone I talked to said it either sounded like I had them on speakerphone or it was just static and choppy. I always had the phone within 5-10 feet of me, so this one is going back and I will pick the next victim at lunch.
I did like the size, weight, and life of this one, but functionality is the most important. I'll keep you posted.

I currently have a Scala headset that I picked up at Circuit City for $10 after rebate.
