body shop
wow... i have carbon fiber hood fenders and trunk. so 2 months ago im going to lunch and this lady backs into my front driver headlight, bumper, and carbon fiber fender and cracks it all the way through right after i get my clear bra installed. 2200 to fix. SO ANYWAYS driving to lunch AGAIN im stopped at a stop light on rt 7 going to lunch in tysons corner and this lady rear end the shit outta me.
my carbon fiber trunk, tailights, bumper, 1/4 panels, and trunk panels are effed up.
i just got clear bra installed on my trunk lid also. so i called her insurance and they told me to take it to pristine auto body in springfield. anyone heard of it? are they good? my baby has to be perfect. i was in the middle of rt 7 cursing my ass off. why can't people pay attention when they drive? i've only had the carbon fiber stuff for maybe 4-5 months.

sorry to hear that man, but yeah can't say ive heard of them either...honestly id ask to see if they will let you take it somewhere of your choice and if theyll cover it. then im sure someone knows of a good body shop in this area.
I have been wrong before, but I am pretty certain that you can take the car anywhere you want to get it fixed. The only thing the insurance company can stipulate is where you get it appraised.
Note, if you do take it to another place that they dont deal with, you will have to get a check form the insurance company, and then pay the body shop. It works, but it is an added pain.
I am really sorry to hear about your car, and good luck to you getting it fixed.

Dang thats a bummer! Hopefully everything gets fixed fast and soon
I am in the midst of getting mine completely fixed now too. I am going back to the shop tomorrow to get a few things fixed. Granted the car was not in 100% condition when it was hit, but It has been a huge hassle for me so I want it done right

You can take your car to whatever shop you want. But make sure the shop is okay with dealing with them. Some shops hate certain insurance companies.
