When I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago, they were still making them. They must have made a big batch of them.

Then you aren't going fast enough!
Knew you'd say that, probably right when I was on the all-seasons.

Now back on OEM tires, should be more fun all around...although I did enjoy (sort of) getting sideways in the carousel on the Jefferson circuit last year.

Someone had to..

What org does Jefferson? I thought it was only motorcycles? I'd be interested in checking that one out this year since I've done the other two.

When I talked to them they said it would take a week to make them and then however long it took to ship them. You are right, the must have made plenty. It's good for them to know their sponsership for our events is worth their while!

I know Corvette Club uses the track occasionally.

BSR (Summit Point) does some combination drifting/solo days. The drifting guys lay down lots of rubber but are limited to just a few sections of the track.

First time I saw them I wondered why almost none of the cars had front bumpers. As the day went on, I learned why.

I will be at Jefferson next Saturday with Corvette and on May 10 with Audi. Weird little course. Basically think "Late apex" and you will be on line.

IMO the Jefferson circuit is perfect for the S2000 - lots of corners, short straights, great for a car with great handling and a little low on hp (as compared to something like a Mustang GT)

I ordered some rears from carbotech, told them I needed them by march 26th...
They said they had to make them etc... They asked me to let them know if I needed them sooner, cause they would have made them faster..

I guess they did anyway, the pads got here yesterday.

The factory is in charlotte. Next time im down there visiting sarah, ill take a tour.
