all you experts here... is 4.57s on a AP2 close to 4.77s on an AP1 tranny?

BTW, I have the 4.77 and LOVE them.....the BEST bang for the buck mod.

I'm debating between 4.77's and 4.57s..errr......4.56s. I want to do some track days at Summit Point first so I can figure out if I even want gears. Anyone that runs Summit Point regularly have a comment on what's the best gear to run out there with a 255/40 17" Tire?

dammit, i need to ride in someone's car to really get an idea of how much this effects the daily driveability of the car. i have a feeling 4.56's would be the way to go.

scot in honda challenge uses 4.77s... also i belive pretty much every other race s2000 uses them as well
