I have a Sebon CF OEM front lip sitting in my living room. It did not come with any hardware, or instructions. What kind of hardware do I need for this thing, can anyone local to me install this for me? I'm willing to pay for help, whatever it takes. I'd like to get this on my car ASAP.

just find the holes and get some nuts and bolts. if you have to drill into the CF lip to make new holes. pretty easy job.
