Default Christmas Concert - cancelled

EDIT: The concert has been cancelled. We just didn't have enough rehearsals to make it as polished as we'd like.

---------------------------------------------
Not sure if it's appropriate to post this? I thought I'd throw this out there to see if there was any interest.

I am in a choral group called the Washington Soloist Ensemble. We're mostly Korean, and most of us are fairly to highly skilled. Last year we performed the at George Mason University's Performing Arts Center, and also in Philadelphia.

This year we are having a Christmas Concert in Annandale, on Sunday, December 11th, at 7 or 7:30pm. Tickets should be around $15. So if you're looking to get out of the house and hear some good Christmas music for a low price, just post here and I will acquire tickets for you. Maybe I can talk our admininstrator to give a discount for the s2ki folk

All of the music will be Christmas music - some arrangements are contemporary (Jingle Bells), some arrangements have church roots (O Come Let us Adore Him). They are interesting arrangements of the traditional songs you know.

Our feature piece will be "Oratorio de Noel" by Camille Saint-Sa

I could be interested. I'd have to find some fellow people to go with.

Please provide more details like the exact location, approximate length of the concert, etc. This is so I can plan appropriately.

And a couple of the Christmas songs will be in Korean.
Wow! now that would be worth going for.

I can sometimes sing "Billie Jean" when my voice is properly warmed up. Does that make me a soprano?

didn't see this before.

That would be freaking hilarious. Maybe I should get the video and practice.

Ugh. Bumping this since the concert has been cancelled. We just didn't have enough rehearsals to make it as polished as we'd like.
