Anyway, Skip what you got again....
Koni Yellers, Ground Control perches, and Eibach springs(380's all around). For track, I'd recommend 500/550. The current stuff is nice for street/autocross.

The nice thing about this type of setup is you can swap out springs for $200/set. $1000 for everything new. Add $200 for an additional set of springs if you wanted, but I don't see you needing them.

I have no clue. I never measured my stock ride. And who really cares about the number? It's about how the car handles and how well it looks. Actually going too low can adversely affect handling. But no one ever wants to hear that part. They always argue that the lower the center of gravity is, the better.

from the short ride i got in Skip's car, i can say that it felt great. i asked immediately what he had because it felt so much better than my stock shocks/espelirs that i couldn't believe it when he told me it wasn't a more expensive coilover setup.

for the $180 that they cost, i can't say i'm unhappy with the espelirs. however, i noticed the difference in ride immediately and, if i keep the car through next winter, will likely go to a similar setup next spring.

Slamming you car screws up the geometry of the suspension, it's engineered to work in a certain range both up and down travel.

J you could always just purchase new OEM shocks from HT guy, maybe even get the Honda Modulo adjustable shocks?
