Well it's time to move on to bigger and better things. We have out grown our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo and we are looking into getting something a little bigger. It's a great place for a couple. The area is pretty quiet and the neighbors are pretty friendly.

Definitely time to go. With the way the housing market is, it's better to go ahead and put the condo on the market first and then start to look once we are close to getting a contract on it.
