Default CTSC install?

Hey guys, I should be picking up a new/used supercharger within the week. I'm not confident enough in my skills to tackle the project myself so......any shops you'd recommend at a reasonable price? I talked to Inline and they quoted just over $1400. Is that the going rate?

From the Comptech website:

[QUOTE]Replacement Parts

If you need to order Replacement Parts for your Comptech Supercharger Kit; please send us an email requesting the Checklist for your specific kit; then download the Instructions for your kit from this page.

Once you have thoroughly reviewed both the Instructions and the Checklist, you can call Sales to order the parts you require.

I have done a couple installs and everyone is very pleased. If your interested I can do it for quite a bit less and I have all the tools needed and it can be done in one day provided I get started early enough. If you need references let me know and Pm me if your interested. Matt

No offense to Matt, but bring it to a real shop who can provide you with a warranty of their work. When it starts leaking and things become loose you need to be able to bring it somewhere. If you have questions about a weird noise, you need to be able to bring it in to have those questions answered. I'm not sure if Matt offers those services (or other people on these boards who install the kits) but a good shop will. Yes, it will cost a lot more, but what is peace of mind worth to you?

I had mine installed by an individual on this board. Now that I'm having serious problems with it, I strongly recommend going the other route.

I will say if you call Donny at Ultimate in Sterling, he will take VERY good care of you as far as customer service. I think his prices are reasonible as well. He charged me $90/hr to take apart my kit and put it back together right to get rid of all the leaks etc. I will be bringing it back to him too for more work this week.

Your the second person that has recommended Ultimate. I called them earlier today and they quoted "at least 1500". To me that seems a little high. But if thats the going rate let me know.....
