Default Custom Wheel work/paint

Hey guys,

I know I haven't been around lately but I'm still alive and kicking. I hope everyone is well!

Now that all that happy horse sh!t's out the way. I want/need to refinish my Volks. Curious to know if anyone local has ever had this done. First off, I was looking to have the lips polished, then the centers painted, (color undecided).

This is how they sit now.

Opinions and concerns appreciated.

Ye Olde Wheel Shop 6363 Washington Blvd. Elkridge, MD 21227 410-796-8400 800-526-8260
They can re-polish the rims for you.

You may want to consider powder coating the rim centers. I think white centers would look great with your white car.

Better yet, have the center polished/colored silver and have the rim painted white.

Hey, if you want powdercoating i took mine to applied coating systems, if you want there email, let me know. They are very good. They coated the presidents pedestal, so you know they are legit. Here is the proof, they take about 2-3 weeks, just let me know if you want there email, so you can tell them your idea and see if they can do it.

Ryan,

Glad to see you're still alive...

Personally, I think you should go mag. blue... I always wanted to do that with my S but alas now I am going to have to do that to the 335 coupe!!!!

Hope all is well!

Best,

Tony

Funny you should say that Tony, I'm pretty set on doing the center of the wheels Mag Blue and polishing the lips to a mirro finish. Never been done before on a set of Volks and I think it will look awesome.

I need to check out that "Ye Olde Wheel Shop"

do it up man, that would look awesome! mag blue is amazing and i think with the red bride seat it would be a great contrast.
