It *would* only dawn on me now to think of this...and unfortunately too late now for the impending holidays...but here's a thought for next year:

What owners would be interested in participating in any of the local holiday parades (again...next year...too late now to deal with the logistics for this year). I mean...these cars would be golden in a parade! We all enjoy showing them off anyway...and if you're like me, 9 times out of 10 a kid gawks at The Bruised Banana just as much as their Dad does. I think, tops down, heaters blastin', Christmas tunes blairin' and a having Santa elves (maybe???) in the passenger's seats would be a blast.

Likewise, it was mentioned by someone recently in a S2K meet...but next year let's consider getting a group together for the Grand Illumination in downtown Richmond.

Whaddayasay? Good idea for next year maybe??? If you're interested, please reply here and I'll keep tabs for working something out with the local county(s) Ruritan clubs, etc. to see what we might be able to work out.

Great minds think alike. I had the same idea yesterday when I was visiting my friend. She is in charge of publicity for Kings Dominion, who were the grand marshalls for this years parade. She's done a couple of these, and I'm sure she would be more than happy to help us out with the details next time.

I'm all over this idea!! I believe that we would be the hit of the party.

Ciera and I took a little cruise today top down and heater blasten.

People looked at us like we were nuts and to a certain extent they probably had good reason to feel that way!! But until They feel the spell that an S2000 will surely cast over them, they will never understand.

Wassssssssssssup! Good idea, Dave! Some folks in the my MINI club thought of this idea too, but I think it was deemed too late for this year .

I can picture it now.........w1ngman and BlackBeauty jammin' to Jingle Bell Rock at 5 mph with the top down and heater blastin'

If you're worried about too many yellows Dan then you and I need to show up to offset the colors of this 'parade'.

What I want to see is Wingman in a Santa Hat!!!

Richmond is full of parades all year long... maybe the Easter one would be something we could work towards.

For this one - - Wingman in an Easter 'bonnet'....

With Dave you can dress him up AND take him out!!!

IMHO, I think any parade would be livened up if we could VTEC and do a slalom run between the marching bands and the guys on little motorcycles...
