When the salt makes dust clouds behind cars the day after a tiny snow. I think you used too much. Holy crap i just want to drive my new S. Dear Maryland i hate you, learn how to salt roads.

If you have a hose at your house, then put a good nozzle on and spray it afterwards. You won't hurt your baby too much

Everyone out here that drives a plow and puts down salt and sand should be required to train in someplace like Minnesota... where they know how to deal with this stuff reasonably. They know how to plow, too... You know, in ways that don't cause huge traffic hazards due to disappearing lanes, walls of snow in the middle of intersections, not plowing and treating intersections and main roadways first...

Alas, yes, it's way too much salt and it's ridiculous and probably quite damaging as runoff into the local streams, rivers and the bay, but it's our tax money at work!
