Ya'll'd be two different group heading towards Richmond...promise. Vienna is North-to-South on 95S to 64W (after passing around The Diamond) to Rt 250 E @ Broad & Glenside. Virginia Beach is East-to-West on 64W pretty much all the way in. I forget if VAB folks skip on/off 95N for a titch or not, but ya'll know the way from prior trips. Anyway...bottom-line is ya'll are two separate groups .

PS. "Chiz"...It sounds sooooo French!

April - I'm planning to leave around 4:00 PM Thursday to try to get through traffic and land in Richmond at 6:30. If you want to caravan, that'd be fine.

Aze - you would be driving 2 hours past Richmond to get to Virginia Beach just to caravan up with us - not really worth the trouble, but if you're dying to drive then come on down.

The meeting is in Richmond......why would you drive 1 1/2 hours out of your way to drive to VAB, only to turn around and drive back into Richmond? There is a link in the initial post on this thread -- Address to Famous Dave's restaurant is offered as a link just to the right of Location:. Use that addy in www.mapquest.com to get directions from where you are coming from to the final destination (address) of the Famous Dave's restaurant offered in that link. That would tell you how long it will take you to get to the dinner meet.

Quick guess? ~ 2 hours with traffic tho'. We don't typically get a lot of SOMD & NOVA folks driving down for just dinner meets because of the traffic, etc. Its your call .

...please note Pointy & my post times... Not meaning to "hammer" you as though we *both* needed to reply . But I'm going to leave my post as well because it helps you identify where the link for the addy is to the restaurant .
