I couldn't find it, so has anyone converted the inner door panel from the old style with no tweeter and no door pockets to the new ones with? I'd assume direct replacement, but hopefully someone has done it already.

 

yes. I've put '04s on my '00.

Althought the inserts alone are NOT interchangable, the complete door panels are.
