Default The Dragon....

How can we ever get tired of talking about the Dragon?!? It is my favorite meet! And yes, I know there are a few Dragon threads in the Mid-A but let's get excited again

A certain Mid-Aer and I were conversing on the phone about getting his car ready by March, and I mentioned that he should save his new set of Advans for the Dragon - to which he said "Is it really that great?". I proceeded to inform him of how awesome it is, but he thinks I'm ing him, so Dragon Slayers - what would you say about it?

I think the Dragon is in April this year... Which is a great thing, cause my butt is going to be in the British Virgin Islands in March... Time for me to get home and get ready for the DRAGON...

There isn't a price set on registration yet nor is there a date indicating when it will start.....I also heard a rumor that the current dates may change.

Registration only gets you what GOGOGO posted above - it doesn't include your hotel room.

There typically is a discount at the hotel for S2Ki people, and you will need to book your own reservation. Even if there is a nicer hotel, trust me, it will be much more fun to stay at the same hotel as everyone else

Northern Virginia is roughly the same distance as I am because I have to drive North West about 200 miles. Mapquest puts the trip at 9 hours. On the trip down ACLR8 and I logged about 6 and half hours + 1 hour for food and gas stops + about an hour of sitting in traffic due to a huge pile up (we were hauling ass when we were going)! On the return trip we had a few run-ins with the law and a few detours which put us at 14 hours total

Use Alcoa as your destination on randmcnally or mapquest.

But don't speed at the bottom of VA!!!

The meet is not just about the road. The people are what make these events so memorable.
