This is me having a ton of fun at driftwater4






The course is really fun and it's technical. There isn't really a single straight part of the track. driftwater5 mentions multiple layouts so it could be different but I got a ton of driving time for the amount I paid. We actually left before it was over because we were so beat. Not sure if the price changed from the last one but last the last one cost $100 and I probably spent a solid 1.5hrs actually driving if not more. The event was self run and just went very smooth. I'm hoping to make it to this next one as well.

Oh yeah, you can run top down too if you want.

 

do you have to bring your own helmet or do they have some to borrow?

 

I'm buying a hjc snell from helmetcity.com. 95 dollars.

 

Gotta bring your own helmet. Last time I borrowed a friend's motorcycle helmet. It was sitting in the passenger seat when they did tech on the car and I don't think they even checked anyone's helmet.
