vbeachboy, did you install eibach springs with your stock shocks? i'm gonna drop my car with eibach springs, just to save some money
Yeah, eibach springs, stock shocks. Ride quality is great... and when it comes time to replace the shocks, I'll go with the Koni's. I fully believe that for all but the serious auto-xer or track star, a good spring and shock combo will be more than adequate.

i think so too. coil-over is pretty pricey and you don't wanna get a cheap coil-over.

I recommend the eibach springs.
How much did they run you, who installed them, and where did you get them from?

Before you "drop it", what offsets are you running. If it's not the right offset, you could rub.

Will it still rub even it I only drop it an inch? My offset is 45 in the front, and 40 in the back.

I bought the springs brand new from a guy in the "for sale" section who ordered them and then sold his S2K. I got them for $195 shipped new in box.

I installed the springs myself.

And yeah, we'll need to know what size wheels (and what size tires) you're running to determine if you'll rub or not. I have no rubbing issues at all running 17x7.5 +48 in the front and 17x8.5 +48 in the rear.
