Dealer will not be able to clear anything, don't bother. You have another problem.

Original problem is spark plug torque. A properly tightened spark plug WILL NOT back out.

Bill your right there but what bothers me is that I had some Bosch plugs that failed less than 5k ago so they were pulled out and tightened correctly to 18. Lbft so that shouldn't have been the problem I'm actually worried about the threads on the head itself now
